Alarm System ******

My alarm system outside beams got ****** on the 23rd of December. I reported this to Bettersure on the 24th Of Jan 2022 and on the 26th their accessor came through after he had missed his initial meeting that was to be on the 25th. I then phoned their offices to enquire on the progress on the 28th since I had not had anything. Today is the 31st of Jan 2022 and I am going to bed every night with my alarm system not active in my yard.
