<p>Hi,</p> <p>I called this afternoon requesting assistance regarding the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>I need the account number to which I can make my monthly payments for the Life Cover Policy I took out with you in conjunction with my Home Loan from Nedbank.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited to be transfered to someone who can assist me however you hung up on the other end of the line?</p> <p> </p> <p>I called back and waited to be transferred again and nobody picked up on the other end of the line?</p> <p> </p> <p>Could I please be assisted ASAP!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
