80% annual premiums increase is ridiculous!!!!!

I received my annual premium increase letter from Bettersure just to have the premium increased with 80% from R600.00 to R1060.00 as part of the annual increases. I queried this with them and was advised to only call back once this is in place. So I called a week later as advised. I was told it part of the annual increases and there is nothing they can do about this increase. After a bit of back and forth i was told it will be sent to the actuaries to review and i will receive feedback the same day, Today i called as no feedback was given, again a whole week later just for the same feedback that they still have no feedback from the actuaries. I have now requested for cancellation of this policy as no individual can afford to pay a 80% increase in a premium. The service has been good over the years however i feel that at the moment there is no service at all. I will rather go to another insurer that can look after their clients.
