25% Increase in Premium Review

BetterSure Building Cover: This Insurance Company is only *********** customers. I received my annual premium review and rates were increased with 25% without any reasons, explanations or breakdowns provided in the policy documents. When I contacted the call centre, I had to hold on for longer than 5 minutes to get through to a consultant, then they give "robot" answers that still doesn't justify the heavy increase on premiums. There are too many companies that push consumer income to exhaustion. I definitely plan on moving my insurance elsewhere.
