Better Life Guesthouse Rustenburg

I booked at Better Life Guesthouse in Rustenburg North West on the 16th December 2023 just for a night, made a booking on booking.com, made payment same time. I then went to the place around 15:00 pm to go check in, when I got there the place looks horrible, it smells very nasty to a point were I could not handle the smell. I was dissatisfied with the whole place I then told the manager that I don’t like the place therefore I will not be able to sleep there. He told me to cancel the booking on booking.com and they will refund me. I left the place very disappointed and disgusted, the place needs to be shut down it’s filthy. I paid an amount of 751.50 and I still haven’t received it back. They not responding to emails and they not even picking up calls. Don’t ever think of going to this dump you will regret it.
