No delivery: treadmill from better health better mind.

My kids bought me a treadmill beginning August. Paid online like they have requester. Till today 7 Sept they haven't treadmill or send me any email. I have received an email 2 weeks back confirming delivery on Monday afternoon. I gave them my husbands nr because I was at the doctors. They confirmed receiving his nr. After no delivery i have send them numerous emails asking what's happening, still no reply.
