Worst service i have ever experienced

I should not even give a single star to this company, i am so stressed out because i have no idea if my creditors are being paid, like Better Credit solutions promised they would.

I've been trying to contact them, but none of the people that work for this place can contact me back or even mail me a statement to show me what the heck is going on.

My bank has been harrassing me because of non payment. How do you say you are trying to help people when all you do is give them more stress.
