Unprofessional and Childish Consultant

I received a call from a female consultant. While asking her a few questions , suddenly a consultant by the name Justin shouts out hullo . I felt he was being rude by just jumping onto the line to answer. He tells me I'm rude. Train your staff to be more professional. Very unprofessional of any staff member to be arguing with a client.
