Hello Am Eunice Ndaba i was under debt review with the company called better credit solution and i requested to be removed and was removed and 17w was sent and i requested them to remove the flag under my name as am not over indebted and am paying only my bond and i have no problem..the send my details to alfares group and miyah informed me that thats the company they work with to remove their client from debt review...received a call and was informed that miyah from better credit solution said they must remove my name from the flag. I was asked how many debts do i have i said its only fnb home loan and they said how am i paying it i said i transfer from d app,asked how much i rep**** R8500 and they said they will send me a debit check for the bond to be debited and in order for them to be abla to remove me it must show that am paying via debit order...received it n approved it... Called fnb to check if they received any firm of information or anything that says my bond will be debited...they said no i contacted the company they told me not to stress..month end on the 29 may 2026 R8500 went of my account n never payed my bond when i try to contact them i get stories i will send the screenshot of the convesations Please kindly assist i really need my cash back am a tryng mother and trying so hard to keep my name clean even though am flaged Thank you Eunice ndaba
