*****!! ****!! *****ing money

I am vexed with this **** of a company. They promised to assist me with my debt, they've been debiting money from my account since February, I asked to cancel my arrangement with them, I keep sending emails, trying to call but they are forever unreachable. I'm here thinking my car is getting paid but not. These ********** people just keep taking money monthly and now the bank is threatening to repossess my car. What is wrong with people these days. Now we can't even reach them. I have their email and their landlines, it's funny that they can reach but when I need to reach them they don't respond to any of my emails or answer the phones.
