Company takes long to answer calls.

Thank you Sam for the brilliant service. Ever since you helped me in January my life has improved exponentially. However I did have one problem. I am trying to call in to the company but I am on hold for long. Maybe 5 minutes or more. Please can you make sure to have more consultants available to answer calls. I would just like to refer my brother.
