ACCOUNTS NOT PAID as PROMISED!!!!

I went under debt review late last year and was assured that my creditors were advised and arrangements made to make the monthly payment. I received a call from my bank regarding my vehicle and they have not been paid and my vehicle payments are now in arrears. I have been calling and speaking to numerous staff at BCS with no luck...they dont answer their phones and also dont escalate calls when you want to speak to a Supervisor or Manager. False promises and this is further affecting my payment profile. Someone needs to call me as I have a meeting with the NCR tomorrow to report this business.
