Better Compare WILL stuff up your credit score, dont trust a word they tell you!

I received a telephone call from Better Compare and spoken to a male consultant, I thought to give it a try and asked if this will affect my credit score seeming all insurance agencies normally requests and carries out an ITC check seeming this is normally what happens and was assured that this will NOT affect my credit score whatsoever. This morning when I checked my credit score I noticed that Better Compare actually did an ITC check twice in one day which have also in fact affected my credit score with a declination of 16 points on my credit score. Why was it necessary to conduct two credit checks at the credit bureaus, why is it necessary to do any credit checks in the first place seeming I have not app**** for a personal loan or any finance whatsoever, secondly, why was my credit score affected when I was promised and assured that this would not affect my credit score at all?

It seems to me that you are acting *******ly it terms of providing false and incorrect information, your **** promises resulted in my credit score being hugely affected and request that you now make contact with the credit bureaus in order to correct my credit score seeming the call was recorded and was promised that this would not affect my credit score whatsoever!

My personal opinion will be for whoever reads this message / review to never answer any of the calls from Better Compare and also to never trust any of the Better Compare consultants as they will only tell you a bunch of bull and stuff up your credit profile as well.
