Better Call Properties false information

I bought a house last year October with Better Call properties under false guidance and information. I was told that the house had a working fire place which had been recently tested. I was also told that the water marks on the wall were due to condensation. Upon moving in the house, the weather was hot and we did not need to use the fire place. Winter came, we wrote to the agent and he still confirmed that the fire place works. We phoned the owner, he told us he had never used the fire place. The owner came to our house to explain that the fire place was just for decoration. We also soon discovered that the Mark's on the wall are from leaks on the roof.
