Poor Customer Service.

We recently bought buidling supplies from Better build Alberton and had an agreement that the said goods would be delivired the following day and second delivery after that. Needless to say the first delivery was a day late and not communacted to us. Waiting for the second delivery, we bought additional stuff to be dilivered the same day before luch, but was only delivered the afternoon. Some goods were not delivered and when asked why my mother-in-law was informed that they will deliver the rest, this is due to the fact that we found other products much cheaper elsewhere and opted to go with the other supplier. Long story short we had to fecth the remaining products ourself.
