Bad service

<p>We have contracted Bettapod Pty Ltd to build a "Granny Flat" which is what they advetise. The work has been extremely slow. Before christmas one of the Sales representatives said that they needed to buy all the materials before the price went up. I am a very trusting senior person and was not prepared for the long wait which we are now having, the materials were not purchasesd . Work stopes for two weeks then someone comes for a day or two then nothing again. My flat is not yet complete and the garden is in a big mess. If I contact the Sales Consultant he just says, " don't worry everything is on track." I am worried that this company is taking seniors for a ride, but can't do anythig as they do come about twice a month, and they have been payed the two thirds of the money. PLEASE seniors get your family involved in the making of the decissions about the contract as well as the payment schedule. Rene Swanepoel</p>
