Since Thursday, I've been trying to withdraw my money, and it's now Wednesday. It's almost been a full week, and I still don't have my funds. On my first withdrawal, I was made to wait 48 hours, only for it to be cancelled with a "bank details" reason. I had taken a screenshot before submitting the withdrawal, and my bank details were correct. I then submitted another withdrawal and was again told it would be processed within 48 hours. It has now been over 60 hours, and it is still showing "New." I contacted support multiple times. First, I was told to wait 48 hours. After those 48 hours had already passed, I was told my withdrawal was "in the payment queue" and would be processed soon. Even now, there has been no progress and no proper explanation. I've made successful withdrawals before, so this happened completely out of the blue. Meanwhile, other users I know are still receiving their withdrawals within a couple of hours. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform if you need reliable access to your money. If something goes wrong, you may be left waiting for days with little communication and no clear explanation. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I've had, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.
