Bad agent and betting site

Betshezi is the only site forcing you to sign an NDF if you want your account deleted or self exclude which is very bad and they agent was not helpful at all,as I explained why I want to self exclude and he/she kept on telling me to sign an NDF which Ive never experienced at any betting platform. Please be careful or such betting site as they will want to to stay on thr betting site and won't allow you to delete the account
