Betify not paying out winnings but quick to take money

Good day I have played on Betify gaming app and won when I asked to withdraw they asked for ID Proof of banking statement and proof of residence I have already sent them 3 different proof of residence copies all 3 documents same address it's been 3 days know and documents still not reviewed I have also sent them an email today with attached proof of address and still no reply this is not acceptable as they can deposit money from my account into their account within seconds but when it comes to payouts they are full of excuses and keep having excuses that they are missing proof of residence if 3 copies of residence have been sent to them
