Bad experience with Beth Pawn in Roodepoort

On the 2nd Feb I requested the assistance from Beth Pawn in Roodepoort. A gentleman Werner came to give me quotes and all parties agreed. The price R7150 he gave me a R1000 and told me the office will make an immediate payment today the 3rd Feb and I have been running around with the finance lady Elmari Graham. She advised me she did payment not noticing she never selected urgent payment. And she advised me it's off her statement there is nothing she can. In my line of work for banking any payment can be recalled and she refused to assist me as I advised Werner to make sure it's done that way. I was suppose to be out the property by yesterday by Werner could load due to rain so another day gone I advised owner the money will be in the next day. Nothing is appearing on my bank statement and the owner warned me if I stay one more day I will be charged full rental amount and water and electricity used rental is R5000. I need urgent assistance it's either I get my cash now and the eft payment reversed. Or we wait until monet clear and my rental usage gets paid
