Bad/no service

During the appointment my understanding was that we will pay Beta trader over a period of 36 months. A few days later the amount was taken from my credit card. At that stage I was devastated as that money was borrowed for a different reason. After consulting with my wife, we decided to give it a go. - Then we started the struggle to open the trading account. During the interview it was my understanding that we will be done on our behalf. - Eventually die account was opened and we've send the detail to your offices on the 31st of August. Still nothing happened since then. - Then yesterday my wife asked me why are we paying "B TRADER ********** 3 275,00 every month. My understanding was that this is a once of activation fee, not a monthly fee. How can I be paying this amount every month and still not able to trade. - In the contract it stated that if product is not performing as indicated within the 6 months, it may be cancelled and fully refunded.

I've put through a formal request for the entire transaction to be cancelled and refunded as this is not what I've signed up for. It's one problem and costing me more than was explained, but nobody is even responding to me emails.
