Bad customer service

I signed up with a broker that goes by the name BetaFX245.com Well in December the did "system upgrades" without informing us by any means of communication. As a trader with experience I allow my trades to run long term, next thing I'm not able to access my accounts. A month later when they decided to go back online the allocate my account with $8 saying that's what was left in my account. Like who does that??? Now I need help to take them down coz the accounts manger Kevin is not taking me seriously. And I'm still awaiting for a withdrawal I did last year and still haven't received my money
