Unable to access or withdraw winnings

I have started playing with easy bet aviators this entire week.I was not sure if the company so I was using r20 daily Today the 27/04/2024 I decided to increase it a bet and deposited r100 I played the usual aviator and my withdrawal was sitting at r5000.This was within the hour of my deposit around 6pm to 7pm.i logged off and decided to log back on after 15mins only to discover that I am unable to get into my account.The number listed as easy bet is actually a betting advisory helpline and not a direct line to easy bet.I have searched the net and I am unable to find a direct number to easy bet.Thus is really confusing.I have contacted the WhatsApp number given on the net and have started a chat on the east bet app asking for assistance.It is now just after 8pm and I still have not received a response Is this company legit?
