Poor customer service and withdrawal issue as well as reversal of R350 voucher

I registered on Zarsta betting platform as I was invited by the family member then I was offered R188 welcome bonus and I played with it and got profits of up to R43900 of which when I tried to withdraw it said I need to deposit a R350 voucher so I can be able to have access to the funds... I also asked the customer service agent who also informed me that I need to deposit that R350 to move from VIP0 to VIP1 then I'll be able to access funds... I deposited that amount and now I am being told to upgrade from VIP1 to VIP2 to access funds... At that moment their platform has blocked me from playing it's says I must withdraw funds... I can't even use my R350 voucher with the trusted platforms as this one is a ****... They are ****ming people daylight... I contacted Zarsta VIP service and no one seems to help me... I want people to know that this ZARSTA BETTING is really a ****... They were not supposed to offer welcome bonus if it gonna be a problem to withdraw and another thing I see even you won using your own voucher they were not gonna help you with withdrawal... Now the only money I need is the R350 that is due to me and they can keep their winnings... Good people please do not trust these fly by night platforms... We never had such problems with platforms like Hollywood,betway, etc. But this one I am telling you is ****ming innocent people.
