Money not reflecting

I deposited R100 2 day ago and I mistakenly paid the money into the wrong reference number. I spoke to 2 of the agents Zanele and Sinazo and they said that they escalated the payment. I emailed the proof of payment and statement. The money is still not reflecting in my account. When will this be sorted. Thank you
