system installed always show faulty

<p>BestConsultants did an installation at my property early this month, but since the installation I have had problems with the installed system. In the first instance a door contact wasn’t picked up by the system. It’s as if the door did not even exist on the system. While this was the case, someone tried to break-in in my house through the same door. When the perpetrator gained access he was only picked up by a passive in the lounge not the one in the dining room. From the point of entry perpetrator was ment to be picked up by the dining room passive. It was in this instance where I realized that the passive in the some room wasn’t functioning.</p> <p> </p> <p>They fixed the passive and door contact and now I'm experiancing the samething again with different doors. And they are failing to dispatch a techician to fix the problem. Mind me they system was installed in the last 20days.</p> <p> </p>
