shocking service

After my alarm going off twice during the night and not hearing from Best secure or them coming out, i called them and they confirmed they had not had a signal from my house in more than 3 months. They never checked up to see why. Then in December I changed banks and the debit order returned, so i made the payment into the account and sent the proof of payment to Erika, come first thing January they double debit me. I then called them and sent the proof of payment again on the 19 January and spoke to Erika. She said my refund will be paid that week still. The end of January the debit order went off again but still no refund. The service is ****, time to find another security company.
