BestSecure continues billing after cancellation

My contract with BestSecure was cancelled on 5 November 2015. Chubb installed their radio link hardware and removed the BestSecure hardware.<br> BestSecure fails to accept my cancellation and nevertheless continues to charge me a monthly premium and also included their annual annual communication link fee despite me not being connected to them. I demand a refund of R 530.00.<br>
