Alarm panic button ignored

On Monday evening 3 August 15 I received a \bypass"notification from my house alarm (that is monitored by Best Secure) while out. Not knowing that this means I tried to phone the control room to inquire but gave up after more than 5 phone calls that all ended in an automated message saying the subscriber is not available. I then drove to my house and activated the remote panic button. I received a call from the control room and they said they are sending a guard over to inspect. 5min...10mins...15min later and after phoning them again several time I finally decided to take a risk and entered my house. 25min after I was told they are sending someone an clearly disinterested \""guard\"" arrived at my house and leisurely strolled up my driveway with no sense of urgency and clearly no desire to actually be there.<br> I have now cancelled my subscription with Best Secure but they still expect a month's notice from me. And I also fount out its not even Best Secure anymore but \""Top Security\""...what a joke. """
