Technical issues on Bestplay

I have been using bestplay for over a year, about 9 months ago it kept giving me a technical issue when I tried to cash out to PayPal (which I had done many times before) and I wasn't able to get in the app which I reported to them. They sent me a response saying they are working on it. I tried on a different phone and I could access the app, so im don't know why . So I left it as every email I sent I got the same response. I eventually got a new phone about a month ago and I downloaded the app and it worked. This morning I decided to cash out to PayPal for the first time from the new phone and surprisingly it gave me the same technical issue. I emailed and again was told they are working on it. This is bad service as I am still waiting for a proper response from 9 months ago. Don't they want people to use their app because it has happened twice now and both instances it was when I wanted to cash out. Thinking of deleting this app as I cannot access it 😡😡😡
