You have to FIGHT for you me case
I posted last week about how they wouldn’t approve authorization for my hospitalization after I couldn’t stop vomiting. After literally FIGHTING and CRYING, they reviewed my case and approved my request. Unfortunately I had to pay R14 000 cash to be able to be admitted while BestMed were still being difficult. I’m still waiting for them to refund me that amount because wow. What a traumatic experience.
