YazPlus contraceptive pills not covered under preventative care for 8 Months.

I have been with BestMed for the last 8 months following a switch from MedShield. I am utterly disappointed in the customer service as my YazPlus contraceptive has never been covered under the preventative care benefit of the Beat2 Network.

I have had countless email communications and phone calls that result in no resolve for this matter. Everytime I go to clicks I am told to solve it with my provider (BestMed), but when reaching out to BestMed I am directed back to the pharmacy... it is clear that the issue lies with BestMed as the medication is 'excluded'... how can a popular female contraceptive be excluded!? My sister started with BestMed the same time I did and her YazPlus IS COVERED. How is this possible??

I am not being covered for what I am eligible for and this is unacceptable. I was in contact with *** that sought to resolve the issue by overriding the exclusion on the 27th of June, but again today on the 3rd of August I am still paying the full price for contraceptive pills, R238.92. This has been adding up and I simply cannot keep paying like this. I seek to claim my prior transactions and for future resolve this matter.

I would appreciate it if this case was escalated to management as we are going in circles with no resolve. I have countless emails with BestMed with no answer. Phone calls that lead to nothing. This is for a very common medication that multiple woman nation wide are prescribed.
