Worstmed, not bestmed!

As promised to Avela Ndayi, I waited until close of business for her reply, but unfortunately, she didn't feel the need to provide any feedback after she rejected my claim for a reason that was found to be INCORRECT during a conversation between my broker and your offices. It is dissapointing to see that during my 2nd pregnancy, service is just not as good as with my 1st. Wish I knew this beforehand, as I am sure i could spend my R6000 on another medical aid, where honesty and integrity still means something. Avela, even though I would LOVE to still receive feedback om why you took it upon yourself to make your own rules with regards to maternity claims, you can continue to ignore my emails as my broker will be handling it from here.
