Worst service. SHOCKING admin
Worst service imaginable. We have phoned and emailed and tried to follow up on claims and they say they will get back to us. Do you think they did? NEVER! We have to follow up on them and chase them for answers. Then the woman tells me "I am the only one in today, please phone tomorrow when my managers are here" Are you joking!? One person serving thiusands of people on this medical aid?
Once all my things are sorted I am DEFINITELY changing medical aids.
