Worst service from Bestmed right after joining them

Bestmed doesn't even deserve 1 star. Just joined this medical aid and I regret. Was in hospital to give birth last week and bestmed had authorized my stay in hospital, I even used a network hospital and I ditched my gynecologist for one that is on their network because I didn't want to incur any fees but still I did. How on earth am I sitting with a hospital bill of almost 20k? Now I'm told I need to pay the hospital R9000 because the hospital overcharged on what they authorized. How is that my fault? This is a network hospital therefore they should negotiate with the hospital. I owe doctors who were checking me while I was admitted. I called yesterday and i was told "sorry mam, you will be liable. I dont understand what game bestmed is playing here. I need this sorted out. I don't have 20k lying around to pay medical bills thats why I have a medical aid. This is the worst medical aid ever. When you send emails they don't respond, their chat service is even worse like their contact center.
