Worst medical scheme ever
This is the worst medical scheme I have ever been a member of. The scheme is extremely quick to suspend my membership when a debit order is not processed on the exact due date, namely the 1st of every month.
Today is the 1st of June, and the money has still not been deducted from my bank account. Based on previous experiences, my membership will likely be suspended again tomorrow, after which I will be expected to make an EFT payment instead. This is incredibly frustrating and reflects very poor customer service.This keeps the message professional while clearly expressing your frustration.

Please be advised that premium collections are processed consistently on the 1st of each month in line with the agreed debit order cycle. Should the debit order not reflect immediately, it may still be in the processing queue depending on banking timelines.
