Worst Medical Scheme
Bestmed should should not even get a single star, this company just want people to pay and never get sick, i was hopitalized and the dr provided them with a motivation why i need to be in hostpital. After i was discharged they refuses to pay the hospital, while i was still trying to deal with that they refused to pay for a ct scan which they approve. The lab refuses to do th scan without authorization and after bestmed authorized it that when the ct scan was done, now bestmed is telling me they are only paying 1000 and that scan was 24 800. Anyone looking for a new medichal scheme dont evem look bestmed direction they provide thw worst service.

this is not true as the Dr did provide you with the motivation for my extended stay, this is not the only payment that you are refusing to pay, you are also refusing to pay for my hospital stay which leaves me with a huge debt to pay. I will have to take this to the Medical Scheme Ombudsman this is very wrong as the lab would have not conducted the MRI scan if you did not authorize it. you can authorize the scan then come back to me later telling me that you are not paying for it.
