WORST MEDICAL AID PROVIDER IN SA!!

My wife needs to have an emergency procedure and you declined it based on “pre existing conditions”, you are saying that she had the miscarriage before she joined the medical aid

When however, she has been a member of your medical aid since the 1st of April .The miscarriage happened on the 7th of April WHEN SHE WAS ALREADY A MEMBER

She has been bleeding since the 28th of August , till today . your complaints department is not getting back to us, they are ignoring our emails when we call we are being transferred all over.

My wife is suffering and all you can do is debt every month and not help with anything

Utterly useless , I expect a response immediately. Our next step will be the medical aid ombudsman if there is no response

Instead of calling my wife and asking her side of the story, about the Mischarge you suspend her medical aid ?
