WORST Medical aid!!!! NO Recommendation.
WORST MEDICAL AID! I became a member in Aug 2023. Jan/Feb 2024 it suddenly came under my attention that I have an issue with my kidney (never had an issue prior in my life).
They didn't want to admit me in a hospital, I escalated my issue to the complaint department with all necessary documents, statements, scans, motivational letter from the doctor and I waited from the 27th of Feb - 15 March for feedback.
THEY DECLINED THE REQUEST AND TERMINATED MY MEDICAL AID!!!!
How does that work!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 Mar 2024, 15:57Good day, the response received why my medical aid was terminated is because of an bladder infection in Sep 2022 and Aug 2022.
Kidney problems started in Jan 2024. They said I **** about my kidney problem. How would I have know in Sep 2022 that I will have a problem if the doctor didn't mention that.
Anyway, I don't care at all, don't expect any good words from my side. Stop replying to my emails and messages. I need my savings back in my banking account and also the money dated 19 March - 31March. THANK YOU
