WORST MEDICAL AID AND WONT REFUND YOUR MANEY YOU PAY AT DOCTORS AFTER HOURS
MY SON FELL AT SCHOOL AD LATER THE NIGH STARTED COMPLAINING SO TOOK HIME TO THE DOCTOR AND HOSPITAL WE PAID R1805.00 /R750/ R250 /R190 /R275 AND ITS BEEN SUBMITTED THREE WEEKS BACK WITH ALL THE PROOF AND THE REJECT THE SOME OF THE AMOUNTS AND SAY THEY NOT PAYING THATS THAT !!! THEN BACK AND FORTH EMAILS CALLS HOURS AND HOURS ON THE LINE AND IT GETS PUT DOWN OVER AND OVER I WANT MY MONEY , BESTMED IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID AND DONT KEEP TO THE PROMISES NEVER TRY GET A REFUND THEY ARE SLY AFTER ALL THE MONEY A PERSON PAYS EACH MONTH TO BE COVERED AND STILL YOU PAY AND NO REFUND
