worse med definitely not bestmed
auth declined for a pmb condition of which they knew my husband suffered from... we attached all the documentation for them to review but they decline the auth and say no benefit. no benefit but its a pmb icd 10. so they are above the medical schemes act and they do as they se fit. i thought medshield was bad but this is worse!!!!
