WON'T pay PMB!!!!!

My daughter was born in June last year and she had to be put under the lights for her jaundice. Dr said I could take her home and Sister gave us lights for hire at our house which she had informed us that Bestmed would pay for as they have paid for these procedures (PMB) with her other clients as a in hospital visit even though she is at home. In December she had informed me that she had fought with the medical to pay but they wouldn't. I then took the matter up with them beginning January. They take their sweet time to get back to you and have informed me that they will be paying for the services but not the hire of the bed as this is not on their prescribed list. WHAT LIST? It states in the PMB rules that they have to pay for the services as well as the bed/lights. They don't give a list!!!! Now they are taking their sweet time again to get back to me after I have warned them that I will be posting on HelloPeter if the do not contact me personally in 2 days. Guess what? They haven't and probably will not. I'm going to take this up with the CMS next week!!!
