Why can't I get hold of ANYBODY when I need to urgently speak to someone.

<p>I urgently need work done at the dentist and my dentist has sent through a quote on Friday (23 June 2017). Till now nobody has come back regarding the quote. I keep on loading airtime on my phone to call the call center and all they do is put me through to the quotation department and there I hold on till they cut me off. This is not just trying to complain, I need to speak to someone!!!!!!!!! We've been on this medical aid for the last 10 years and just accepted those huge increases every year but now that I need them they are no where to be found. I think it is time to change our medical aid!!!</p>
