Yes, like with every medical aid you have issues. You like family. Yet I love my medical aid and will tell everyone that they the best. During my chemo treatment in 2017 of over +/- R600,000 account I only had a R12,000 co-payment for my biological medication. I take my hat off to my medical aid. I'm also not the easiest person to please? Some of my medication cause that I'm short tempered yet you guys are stars. Just phoned in to change my chronic oncology medication. 5 minutes done and dusted.
