Waste of Money and Good Resources

I gave birth a few days ago and my baby got jaundice. When I went to authorize her treatment in hospital, they rejected it because "it doesn't meet their conditions". They couldn't even explain to me what that meant or what their conditions are. Later I found out that because my baby was born on 40 weeks, they decided it was too high risk and decided not to help me. That doesn't even make sense??? As far as I know, premature babies are more likely to get jaundice and my baby was full term and the count wasn't even that high, so why wouldn't they help??? And we pay so much to Bestmed every month only to end up with huge out of pocket expenses and being told that they can't help you. What is the point they even exist?

With this medical aid, you'll need gap cover too because they're just useless.
