Very poor service
The chat facility at Bestmed is a joke. After holding on for 15 mins with no service I had to give up.

29 May 2026, 09:11Kindly note that with effect from 01 May 2026, the Scheme adopted the MediKredit MMAP pricing model, replacing the Mediscor Reference Price.
A detailed impact analysis was conducted, and the overall effect on the Scheme has been determined to be cost-neutral. However, it is important to note that the impact at an individual medicine level may vary. As such:

We apologise for the poor experience and extended wait time on our chat platform. Due to high service volumes, response times have been longer than expected. Management is aware of the issue and is taking steps to improve service delivery and reduce waiting times. We appreciate the member's feedback and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that the implementation of the MediKredit MMAP pricing model on 01 May 2026 did not result in an increase in Scheme premiums. Annual contribution increases were app**** from 01 January 2026.
