Very Happy with Assistance received from Bestmed after my complaint

Elmarie sorted out my problem. I am so grateful to her. Note, however, I do think the staff at Bestmed customer service need training or need to be told to read emails and understand what the client is saying/asking and not to just send generic responses but PERSONAL replies relating to the query/complaint. I was lucky, I managed to find the contact details for a Bestmed executive who in turn (I think) contacted Elmarie and from there things happened. I can recommend Bestmed as a good medical aid to belong to.
