Very disappointed, with your service and communication.
Really disappointing service the line to the call centre keeps dropping and after phoning to confirm they had all the required documentation I find out that they requested additional documentation that I was never contacted about.
This means i have to reschedule the procedure and my leave, very unprofessional service and i don't feel they take your medical health seriously.
