Very bad medical aid
I had the worst experience with this medical aid in my life they are unprofessional not helpful and take two and a half months to make a call if you can have a operation or not so I would not recommend this medical aid to anybody I have cancelled my membership with them they are quick to take you money but don’t give the service you pay for so please be careful when deciding to sign up with them read all the small print
