Useless sales representative

It’s been a month now trying to sign up with Bestmed. Bontle was rude. I couldn’t talk over the phone as I was busy at work so I agreed to replying to the questions via email (which I did). To this day I’m still waiting for a response regarding my quotation. I’m glad I didn’t sign up cause I’m assuming this is how long it’ll take to process my claims if I become a member! Thank you for not servicing me, I clearly dodged a bullet.
